A park model is a smaller version of a manufactured home or mobile home. Park model homes are typically used for seasonal residence as an alternative to a timeshare or condominium. Like manufactured homes or mobile homes, park models are personal property and therefore depreciate in value over time. Finding the value of a park model home can be done with a little research.
Point your Internet browser to Nada Guides.com. Click on the "Manufactured Homes" tab.
Click on "Value Request Form Online," and then on the "Online Request Form" button. Complete the "Manufactured Housing Value Report" and then click on "Continue" at the bottom of the screen. Pay the $20 fee and receive the park model's value.
Get the park model's value by fax or mail. Choose "Fax/Mail Request Form" and print the "Request for Manufactured Housing Book Value Report." Complete the form and mail it to: NADA Guides, Attention: Research Department, P.O. Box 7800, Costa Mesa, CA 92628 or fax it to (714) 556-6328.
