How to Value Park Model Homes

A park model is a smaller version of a manufactured home or mobile home. Park model homes are typically used for seasonal residence as an alternative to a timeshare or condominium. Like manufactured homes or mobile homes, park models are personal property and therefore depreciate in value over time. Finding the value of a park model home can be done with a little research.
