How to Transfer AT&T Account Ownership

AT&T allows you the ability to transfer your account if there is another person who is willing to take over the remainder of your phone contract. The Transfer of Billing Responsibility requires that an account be active for at least 60 days and not have a past due balance. The new account holder must be at least 18 years of age. The new account holder may lose the roll over minutes associated with the account.
