Winn-Dixie is a supermarket chain founded in 1939 and headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida since 1944. In 2002, Winn-Dixie launched a customer reward program that lets shoppers take advantage of special store discounts. If you don't have a Winn-Dixie reward card, you can easily apply for one online, in store or by telephone. The Winn-Dixie rewards card is not a credit card; essentially, it's a discount card.
Visit Winndixie.com and click on "Reward Card Enrollment."
Click "Search for Store Number." A new window will open.
Enter your zip code and note the store number closest to you. Close the window and enter the store number into the appropriate box.
Enter your name, address, telephone number and email address. Click "Submit." Your application may take a few days to process. You'll receive an email update and your Winn Dixie rewards card in the mail within seven to 10 business days.
