CareCredit is a personal line of credit that is part of GE Capital. You can use CareCredit for your own healthcare treaments and procedures as well as for your pets. Not all doctors accept CareCredit, which works similar to a credit card. If you have a doctor that does accept CareCredit, you can get no interest financing if you pay off your balance within a certain period or number of months. Otherwise, you pay internet on the charges just like with a credit card.

Step 1

Wait for a billing statement to arrive if a charge has been processed on the account. Billing statements arrive within 30 days of a charge being processed.

Step 2

Visit the GE Online Service website to access your CareCredit account online. If you don't already have a user ID and password, click on "Register Now" under the "Consumer Center" section of the page. You do need your CareCredit account number in order to register an account online.

Step 3

Call the CareCredit customer center at 866-893-7864 if you don't have a billing statement or can't access your account online. You will need to verify your identity with the representative, such as giving your mailing address and the last four digits of your social security number.
