Windstream Communications is a telecommunications firm that offers television, phone and internet products to residential and commercial customers. To pay bills and access some services, you will need your Windstream account number. Fortunately, this information is readily available on your billing statement or by calling Windstream customer support.
Where to Find It
Look at your Windstream billing statement. In the top right-hand corner is a nine-digit number: This is your Windstream account number. To access online features with your account, you will also need your personal identification number, or PIN. You can find this on the left-hand side of your first paper bill. If you can't find your account number or PIN on your account paperwork, call Windstream customer service at 1-866-445-6873 to get it.
