PSA: Pizza Hut is hiring. And they're hiring a ton of people.
To keep up with the lighting fast pace of the modern world, the pizza behemouth announced they'd be adding 14,000 new drivers to their fleet this year.
Doug Terfehr, a Pizza Hut spokesman, said in a statement, "As on-demand delivery continues to be a priority for our customers, we are more committed than ever to providing the best pizza delivery experience possible."
The new hires will be a blend of full-time and part-time positions, and roughly 3,000 jobs will be added monthly through the end of the year.
In 2017, it seems Pizza Hut has been on a bit of a hiring binge. In January the company added 11,000 servers, managers, drivers, and pizza makers in anticipation of the Super Bowl. And now, well yeah 14,000 more.
This is all to say, if you're in the market for a delivery job, Pizza Hut might be a good lace to look. And if you're in the market to just order some pizza, it sounds like Pizza Hut service will soon be a lot speedier.
