My Verizon Bill: How to Get Detailed Billing for My Verizon Wireless Account

It's easy to get detailed bills for you Verizon Wireless cell phone calls.

When your cell phone bill comes, it might contain only a summary of your charges. If you want to review the specific calls you made each month along with the corresponding charges, you need to access detailed billing. If you have a Verizon Wireless online account, it is easy to get your detailed billing information by logging onto Verizon's website.

Step 1

Log in to your Verizon Wireless online account. Visit VerizonWireless.com, click on "My Verizon" and enter your user name and password. If you have not signed up for online services, create an account by clicking "Register" after you click on "My Verizon."

Step 2

View your account bill by clicking on "Account" and then "Bill" at the top of the page. This will take you to the billing section of the website. This page gives you an overview of your bill.

Step 3

Click on "Bill Details" under the "Billing Statement" section of the screen.

Step 4

View the detailed bill. You will see the time each call was made, the phone number, how many minutes the call was, whether the call was on or off peak, and any airtime charges associated with the call.

Step 5

Click "View and Print." If you want to print a PDF copy of the bill, click the text that says "View and Print." This text is at the top of the page under the "Billing Statement" section.
