In an effort to provide loyal car owners with an incentive to purchase another vehicle from the manufacturer, General Motors occasionally distributes customer owner loyalty coupons or rebates. Traditionally, the loyalty coupons are sent to customers in January to promote early-year sales.

Rebates

Customer loyalty rebates range between $1,000 and $7,000 depending on the make and model of the vehicle being purchased.

Mailer

Customers will typically receive a flyer in the mail with information about the incentive program. To qualify for the loyalty program, customers must own or lease a 1999 or newer General Motors vehicle. The mailer will include the expiration date of the offer and any additional terms of service. The rebates can be redeemed at participating GM dealerships.

General Motors

General Motors was founded in 1908 and is headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. As one of the world's largest automobile manufacturers, GM builds cars under the Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC makes.
