You can transfer your money between your cards on your computer.

When you need to transfer money from a regular debit card onto a prepaid debit card, you have limited options. Prepaid debit cards do not allow users to deposit money through ATM machines. If your debit card is linked to a checking account at a bank that offers electronic bill pay, you can transfer the money from your debit card account into your prepaid card account. Another possibility is adding both cards to your PayPal account and making the transfer.

Transfer Through the Bank

Step 1

Go to your bank's website and log in.

Step 2

Go to the electronic bill pay page and click to add your prepaid card issuer as a payee.

Step 3

Enter the information of your prepaid card issuer. You will need to enter the name, address, phone number and your 16-digit credit card account number.

Step 4

Choose the amount to transfer and click to send it.

Transfer Using PayPal

Step 2

Select "Withdraw" on the "MY Account Tab" and then "Transfer to Bank Account."

Step 3

Click "Add Bank Account."

Step 4

Enter the information for your prepaid debit card account. You'll need to enter the account type, routing number and your 16-digit credit card number. Repeat the same process for your regular debit card account if you don't already have it added on PayPal.

Step 5

Wait two to three days for PayPal to deposit two small amounts per card. After these deposits are made, you can log back into your PayPal account and verify these deposit amounts. This will validate and confirm your accounts.

Step 6

Select "Add Funds" and then "Add Funds From Bank Account." Select the regular debit card account and the amount to be added and click "Continue." Confirm that you want to transfer the funds. Wait two to four days for the funds to be deposited into your PayPal account.

Step 7

Log into PayPal again and select "Withdraw" from the "My Account Tab" and then click "Withdraw funds to your bank account." Select your prepaid debit card account and the amount you want transferred and click "Continue." Confirm that you want to transfer the funds. Your funds should be available on your card in three to four business days.
