Turn Every Day Into Fry-Day With These 5 Recipes

French fries are a cheap and easy appetizer or snack, but sometimes you want something just a little more fancy than just plain fries. Try some of these additions to take your french fries to the next level. You'll feel like you ordered a fun appetizer at a restaurant, for a fraction of the cost!

You can either buy frozen fries at the grocery store or make them yourself. You can bake them, batter them, or fry them.

1. Chicken teriyaki sweet potato fries

Make your fries. Top with warm shredded chicken, shredded cabbage, sliced green onions, and teriyaki sauce.

2. Loaded nacho fries

Get your fries ready. Top with black beans and shredded cheese, and pop in the oven for a few minutes, until cheese is melted. Add tomatoes and sour cream or guacamole.

3. Pulled pork sweet potato fries

This is best with oven-baked fries. For the last few minutes of baking, add shredded cabbage and thinly sliced red onion. Top with warm pulled pork in barbecue sauce.

4. Buffalo chicken fries

Prepare your french fries. Top with warm shredded chicken. Mix together equal parts buffalo sauce and cream cheese, and heat up the mixture. Pour over chicken and fries.

5. Loaded baked potato fries

This one is best with baked fries, too. When they're done, top them with broccoli and shredded cheese, and return to the oven for a few more minutes, until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cooked bacon bits and top with sour cream.
