Halloween Looks From Your Own Makeup Bag: Lisa Frank Leopard

Who knew that looking so fun and fabulous was this cheap and easy!? If you're scratching your head trying to come up with a costume that won't break the bank, check out this colorful Lisa Frank leopard look:

I created this with a long-forgotten brights palette and liquid eyeliner. That's it! Go for big, bold color on your lids and do a very dramatic cat-eye with winged liner. Then use a big brush to create a rainbow effect on your temple down to your jawline. Making the leopard spots is easy — just draw a bunch of funny little C shapes with your liner.

Add some neon clothes from your wardrobe to get the full Trapper Keeper effect. Maybe even add some stickers if you're feeling extra fancy. If you're more the subtle type, just wear all black and add some ears. Ta-da! Now get out on the prowl.
